Compliance and enforcement data

WorkSafe ACT’s compliance and enforcement activities are underpinned by a commitment to transparency. Since February 2022, monthly data infographics have been published, providing insight into our workplace visits and compliance activities.

The snapshots provide data on:

  • the number of workplace visits
  • the number of infringement, prohibition and improvement notices issued and the key breaches they were issued against
  • workers’ compensation activities, and
  • labour hire licensing activities.

Numbers are accurate at the time of publication. As the data is sourced from a dynamic system environment, values may vary slightly in previous or future reporting.
